Today marks the start of my mentoring life. 3pm at the atrium. I was really excited about it cuz there are many of my friends who joined guangyang thuesday with me:) so many till they had to put 2 directors for guangyang thursday, which is Isaac Chay and I.
Isaac is nice to work with. He came at 3pm telling me that the papers we were supposed to bring there were not in the cabinet. i was like WTF. so he told me go go photocopy. i asked him randomly why cant he do it, he just said cuz my fone no batt and im not doing anything. my piss grew to level 30%. so i said k lah, den u pass me the money i go do. "i no money" was the reply. piss level 50%. so i just made my way there. then, i changed my mind. i wanted to just check out if the cabinet was really empty, cuz isaac said the other mentoring group took everything. i opened the cabinet. staring at my face were 2 stacks of worksheets. piss level 100%. i needed the toilet. OF COURSE NOT. I WAS PISSED. so i went down, i saw him chatting with dixon and luwei. i looked at him while walking over. he saw me. "there meng siew come back liao" i was contemplating: should i laugh or cry?

so i made my way to guangyang, without isaac, with 13 people behind me. guang yang was within walking distance, so i LAIKE. actually everywhere is within walking distance, its he matter of whether you can be bothered to walk there anot. the kidz were on the floor waiting for us, with the teacher. so after some introduction, the teacher left the kidz with us. so i gave them this paper for them to fill in and introduce themselves. then this teacher walked by and told said:
"whos in charged here?" - GY teacher
"err.. me" - HMS
"why you make them sit on the floor to do the worksheet?" - GY teacher
i was stunned. its like skeleton king storm bolt me 9837409247 times in 2 second intervals.
so each mentor was supposed to be attached to 1 mentee for the rest of the year. there was this boy who was really damn mischievous. he even disappeared when we started the thing. i was supposed to do it with yishu cuz it was his first time mentoring. but samuel tan was alone too. so when that boy came back, samuel tan got attached to him, and i was like "wah ggxxyyzzf2l. if that boy pisses samuel off he might get stationeries stuck into every possible part of him. so i decided to leave yishu to join samuel and that boy, anyway yishu has a female mentee, so he should be able to handle her.
so we started by doing his corrections.. samuel really impressed me alot. he taught him with such patience and he was really brotherly towards that guy. so i just looked and kept quiet. im so gonna make sure he gets in interact officially
yup, thats about it. (not about drink)
